I love this journal! Its more than just blank journal pages, its a workbook too. Its got really nice colorful pages not black and white and boring like some journals that I have used in the past. It is split into 12 weeks and each week covers a different topic to work on. There are worksheets, information pages, diagrams and daily morning and evening journal pages and trackers included in each week. I highly recommend buying it!
