This month in the Being of Mind Journaling Club, we’re embracing Renewal & Growth, exploring what it means to let go, start fresh, and evolve into our best selves. Through guided prompts, creative exercises, and reflective journaling practices, you’ll have the space to release what no longer serves you and nurture new intentions.

Connect with a community of like-minded journalers and enjoy an evening of group journaling to relaxing music, breathwork and support in a calm peaceful atmosphere at our mid month group creative journaling session.

  • Friday 21st of March @ 8PM GMT(Online via Google Meet)

These online workshops are completely optional but they will add a great deal to your journaling experience!
