The journaling workshop is a relaxed, non-judgmental space for you to come and connect, get creative and discover new skills with others. Think a cuppa and chats with an artistic twist!
Each week we will focus on a new area of personal growth combining, CBT methods, mindfulness activities and creativity.
All you need to join in is a notebook, pen, whatever art supplies you have lying around and an open mind!
Over this 4 week online group workshop you will explore how you can use journaling, mindfulness and art to help you on a journey of personal growth & self connection.
Class size is kept small to ensure there is plenty of time for sharing and caring.
Each session will last approx. 1 hour from the comfort of your own home. Workshops will take place via google meet.

Week 1: Setting Intentions & Building Self-Awareness.

Week 2: Challenging Negative Thought Patterns.
Topic: Rewriting the Stories We Tell Ourselves
Week 3: Exploring Emotional Regulation & Self-Compassion.
Topic: Nurturing Your Inner World with Kindness
Week 4: Envisioning the Future With Resilience.
Topic: Creating Your Vision For A Successful Year.
