About
Hello
Hi, I’m Tasmin Franssen—a qualified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Journaling Coach living in the beautiful country of Ireland.
My journey into mental health advocacy and therapy is deeply personal. Having experienced anxiety myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel. Working with a therapist during my own struggles was life-changing, inspiring me to dedicate my career to helping others find their way through similar challenges.
In 2016, I proudly completed my training and earned my qualification as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Since then, I’ve been passionately focused on supporting individuals on their journey toward well-being and personal growth.
Two years ago, I took an exciting new step in my career by branching out as a Journaling Coach and combining it with my therapy practice. Journaling has always been a powerful tool in my own healing journey, and I wanted to share its transformative benefits with others. This led me to create Being of Mind, a space where cognitive behavioral techniques and intentional journaling come together to help people manage their mental health, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves.
My areas of expertise include helping people manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, OCD, and navigating the complexities of grief. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and empowering clients to rediscover their strengths and resilience.
Through therapy and journaling, I aim to provide tools, guidance, and encouragement that make a real, positive impact on mental health and everyday life. I also love creating helpful resources, like worksheets and journaling prompts, to support your journey toward wellness and balance.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your growth. I’m so glad you’re here, and I hope the tools I’ve created bring you clarity, comfort, and confidence as you take steps toward your best self.
