The Book Nook
Within our journaling community you’ll also find our Book Nook — a cosy, relaxed book club for those who enjoy thoughtful reading.
Together in our WhatsApp chat group we choose books nominated and voted on by our members, exploring a mix of wellbeing, fiction and non-fiction.
Rather than rushing through books, we take a gentle, unhurried pace and simply enjoy the experience of reading together.
For each book we have 2 online meet ups to share reflections, favourite quotes and enjoy chats about what the book stirred in us.
Our read-a-longs can also include journaling for those who enjoy reflecting through writing, but you’re free to take part in whatever way feels right to you,
It’s a cosy, welcoming, no pressure space that adds another cosy layer to our community and gives you a chance to rest & recharge.

How Much Does My Membership Cost?
Community Membership is offered on a pay-what-feels-right basis. I want this space to be open and accessible to everyone, whatever their financial situation, so there is no fixed fee to join. You’re very welcome to take part for free, and if you feel the community is valuable to you and would like to support it so we can keep enjoying the space together, you can contribute any amount you like through my Ko-fi page:

Can I Join The Book Club If I Don’t Journal?
Yes, absolutely!
The heart of our Book Nook is simply about enjoying great books together in a cosy, relaxed space. Sometimes there is optional journaling in the club, it’s just there if you’d like to do it, it’s not something you have to do at all.
You’re very welcome to join purely for the reading and chats!
Once you’re inside the WhatsApp community, you can choose the chats that suit you best, whether that’s joining everything or simply settling into The Book Nook chat.
Do I need to attend every group journaling evening?
Not at all. You’re welcome to join us whenever you feel like it. This community. is your space to use in your own way, no pressure, no expectations.
Are 1:1 sessions part of the my membership?
No my 1:1 support sessions are not included within the community itself. However If you’d ever like some individual support, you’re very welcome to message me privately for a 1:1 session at a cost of €15 for a 30 minute session or €25 for 1 hour. These sessions can be for journal coaching or deeper therapy sessions depending on your needs. I am always here if you need support!
Is the Community suitable for beginners?
Definitely. The prompts and activities are specially designed so you can enjoy them wherever you are on your journaling journey so you can start gently and build confidence.
Will experienced journalers get enough depth?
Yes absolutely— the “dig deeper” prompts and our workshop themes offer real emotional and creative depth for those wanting more challenge.
Do I need any special supplies?
Just a notebook and pen. Anything else is optional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. No pressure, no long-term commitment. You can simply leave the WhatsApp group or email me at tasmin@beingofmind.com to let me know.
What if I feel overwhelmed or behind?
You can’t fall behind — the journaling community structure is designed to feel calm and doable. It meets you wherever you are. You have a great group of people here ready to offer plenty of support, encouragement, and inspiration.

Cancelling your membership:
You can leave the community anytime if it’s not for you by simply leaving our Whatsapp community chat. Alternatively you can message or email me at tasmin@beingofmind.com and I can cancel your membership for you.
